Contact forms

By submitting forms, you agree to receive marketing emails and SMS messaging from Bay Lighting. Contact team@baylighting.net for support.

SMS Messaging

You may choose to communicate with us via text message from us at Bay Lighting (which is deemed a part of “Online Services”). By sharing your mobile number, you consent to receiving text messages at the mobile number you provided to us, from us or on our behalf. Text messages from Bay Lighting are not part of a formal marketing campaign. Messages are generally initiated by customers/prospective customers to our staff in order to support premier lighting solutions and follow up conversation. You understand consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by emailing team@baylighting.net with the phrase – “STOP TEXT MESSAGING.” After you email “STOP TEXT MESSAGING” you will receive an email to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from SMS messaging and you will no longer receive Bay Lighting text messages from us. Opting out of one form of communication does not mean you’ve opted out of other forms as well. For example, if you opt out of receiving text messages, you may still receive marketing email messages if you’ve opted in to receiving them.

If you want to join again, simply fill out a web form, give us a call, or email team@baylighting.net with the phrase – “SUBSCRIBE TO TEXT MESSAGING.” If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program contact team@baylighting.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our complete Privacy Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, our policy applies to our text messaging, including the agreement to arbitrate, jury and class action waiver, and limitations on our liability.

Apartment unit turns, or apartment turnover, is the process that happens from the time one tenant moves out until the next tenant moves in. This is an easy, budget-friendly time to consider renovations since there aren’t currently tenants in the unit, and it can make the apartment more appealing to future tenants.
